Essentially, following the Paleo diet will put you into the shoes of a caveman in pre-historic times and you can only eat food that you can come across in nature.  The diet has been known to prevent certain diseases and drastically improve the health condition of many people around the world. However, one of the main complaints that people have with this diet is that lean unprocessed meat can be quite expensive and hard to come by. Other than that, the Paleo diet is perfect for people who want to develop healthier eating habits without sacrificing meat. However, dairy products and grains are cut from the diet.
